- Bắt Sự Kiện CF7: Kích hoạt hook
wpcf7_mail_sentngay khi gửi form thành công, tự động lưuform_id, tên form, thời gian gửi, địa chỉ IP và trình duyệt User-Agent. - Làm Sạch Dữ Liệu Hệ Thống: Tự động lọc bỏ các trường rác của CF7 (
_wpcf7,_wpcf7_unit_tag, token captcha) giúp dữ liệu gọn gàng, chuẩn xác.
2. CSDL Quan Hệ Hiệu Năng Cao
- Bảng Tổng Quan Submissions (
poly_form_submissions): Lưu thông tin ID, tên form, thời gian gửi, địa chỉ IP và User-Agent phục vụ chống spam. - Bảng Chi Tiết Trường dữ Liệu (
poly_form_fields): Lưu từng cặpfield_name=>field_valueliên kết với submission ID qua Foreign Key.

- Tìm Kiếm & Lọc AJAX: Lọc phản hồi theo tên form, khoảng thời gian (Từ ngày - Đến ngày) hoặc từ khóa với phân trang AJAX mượt mà.
- Xem Chi Tiết Modal: Cửa sổ Modal bật lên xem toàn bộ nội dung khách hàng đã điền mà không cần chuyển trang.
4. Dashboard Thống Kê Trực Quan
- Biểu Đồ Xu Hướng: Thống kê số lượng phản hồi theo ngày, tuần, tháng bằng biểu đồ trực quan.
- Tỷ Lệ Tương Tác: Đánh giá hiệu quả và số lượt gửi giữa các biểu mẫu CF7 khác nhau trên website.
