- HR Status Lifecycle: Progress applicants across 5 stages: Pending -> Under Review -> Interview -> Accepted / Rejected with internal admin notes.
- Secure File Download: Downloads CV files via capability-authenticated handler preventing direct URL exposure.
System Architecture & Data Flow
