2. Automated Accounting on Refunds (WooCommerce → Perfex)

Refunds are an accounting nightmare. If a customer cancels an order on WooCommerce, your Perfex CRM invoice still shows as valid revenue, throwing off your financial reports and tax liabilities.

WooSync solves this through automated reverse-syncing. If an order is marked as Refunded in WooCommerce:
