PolyCMS Plugin: XML Sitemap

Overview
The XML Sitemap plugin generates a dynamic sitemap.xml file containing all published content. Search engines use sitemaps to discover and index your pages efficiently.
Activation
- Navigate to Blog > Plugins.
- Find XML Sitemap and click Activate.
What Gets Included
The sitemap automatically includes:

Accessing the Sitemap
Once activated, your sitemap is available at:
https://yourdomain.com/blog/sitemap.xml
The URL respects your configured blog prefix.
Submitting to Google Search Console
- Log in to Google Search Console.
- Select your property.
- Navigate to Sitemaps in the left sidebar.
- Enter your sitemap URL and click Submit.
Google will periodically fetch your sitemap to discover new and updated content.
Automatic Updates
The sitemap regenerates dynamically on each request, always reflecting the current state of published content. No manual regeneration is needed after publishing or deleting posts.
